How do I get there?
- From Budapest
- 3–3½ hours by car.
- From everywhere else
- Direct flights to Belgrade — 3h from Moscow, 2h45 from London — then an hour by road.
We organise a transfer from Belgrade on the day if you need one.
Where can I stay?
- At the villa
- Villa Viko has some rooms to stay overnight. Unfortunately it won’t be able to host everyone, but some people will fit. We’ll work this out and contact you with the plan.
- Nearby
- There are other places to stay within easy reach — Salaš 137 is in the same village. The centre of Novi Sad is only a 20 minute taxi ride away, with lots of accommodation options. At night we’ll have taxis running to help guests get back to their hotels.
- In Belgrade the night before?
- If you’re in Belgrade on Friday evening, we’re planning some activity (maybe a boat trip). Come along.
What should I wear?
This is your excuse to overdress — please take it.
The ceremony will be in the garden and everything after is indoors. April evenings turn cold, so it might be worth bringing a layer.
Somebody planted white by mistake. Paint them.
Take these as inspiration rather than instruction.
What should I bring?
Yourselves, dancing shoes, an appetite.
And if you’re feeling adventurous, there’s a pool at the villa for guests to use — so bring swimwear.
If you were thinking of something more, open the envelope.
Nothing is genuinely expected as our house is already full of things we love. If you’d like to give something anyway, please remember we fly home with hand luggage and won’t have space to carry things with us.
